Orders are process in the order it was received on a first come, first serve basis.
We have a 3 day processing on all orders (not including weekends) regardless of the shipping method you choose, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock. You will be notified if there will be a delay or the item(s) are on back order. And being that we are a small company, we only do our shipping twice a week. Make sure to provide a valid email address to received our email notifications. Or simply login to your account to check the status of your order.

Please note that delivery times varies depending on location and shipping method that you choose. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BeBlemishFree.Com or other parties only as an estimate. Therefore we provide tracking number for your reference. Please note, First Class Mail does not provide tracking# only custom label#.
BeBlemishFree.Com is not responsible for lost or damage item(s) during transit if you opted for First Class Mail. Therefore Priority or Express Mail is highly recommended on International orders for it's reliability and safety.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER/CANCELLATION
IMPORTANT: Most of our products are Imported, hence it is difficult to forecast it's availability as there are many unavoidable circumstances that could cause delays receiving them. So we ask for your patience and cooperation on this matter.
We process orders in the order it was received. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or in Backorder which will delay fulfilling your order (1-2 weeks). Pay attention to each product(s) availability when ordering. Partial shipment may be necessary when some item(s)/product(s) from the order is not available or out of stock. Customers are promptly notified as soon as orders were shipped in partial. It is imperative that you utilize a working email address to get this type of notification. There are times that we offer a customer to exchange or replace as customary, but only on a case to case basis. Customers are not oblige to exchange or replace a missing item. Shipment is done promptly as soon as the product(s) becomes available. Important: when ordering, check the Availability Status to ensure prompt shipment, however, please note that we do Retail and Wholesale therefore availability and inventory is hard to predict.
If the status says BACKORDER, it means that there is a delay shipping that particular item(s) out until its replenished, typically 1-2 few weeks. If a product is on Backorder, it is advisable that you place your order right away and not wait for the items to become available before purchasing, otherwise you will be queued at the end of the line as we replenish Backordered orders first.
CANCELLATION: You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing. Once processed all cancellation request carries a 20% re-stocking fee. Orders are immediately canceled, store credit and/or refund (case to case basis) is issued on the account within 1-2 weeks.
Your satisfaction is our guarantee however if you are not happy or made a mistake ordering a product, you have until 30 days to return it. Item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition. Your account will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Used returned items are not eligible for a refund/return/exchange.
Shipments that are returned due to "wrong or undeliverable address are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Customers who wish to re-ship must pay the amount for the shipping and handling cost.
International Customers are responsible for any Import Fees, Duties, Tariffs, or Taxes that may be due upon delivery, and to comply with the various Postal Service Regulations. International Customers must provide a Telephone number, a valid Email Address and a verified Shipping address in a correct format when making a purchase. Wrong format will cause extreme delays and order cancellation.
BeBlemishFree.Com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. We provide you a valid Tracking number if available (USPS First Class Mail International does not provide tracking number) but you agree that the item is shipped at your own risk. Jamaica, NY is the last depot prior to International dispatch. No more tracking updates once the shipment leaves USA. System will update as soon as you receive the shipment, please note that there will be no tracking information available. Make sure you understand this before choosing First Class Mail International shipping method. If the carrier lose your package, it is your primary responsibility to contact the local Post Office in your area to know the whereabouts of your shipment, provide them the tracking number, custom label number that we provided for you upon your order. But may we suggest that the safest way is to use Priority Mail International or Express Mail.
MONEY ORDER OR CHECK PAYMENTS
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 7-10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is process. There's a charge of $25 for returned checks.
As part of our Green Commitment we now do Paperless Billing. It also
means reducing waste, cutting out the clutter, and ultimately, making businesses more organized and efficient. We no longer send packing slip with the shipment. You will receive an order confirmation via email so make sure to provide a valid email address when ordering, that would be your proof of purchase.
